Through a Gender Lens:
Precarity, Sexual Violence & the South

September 29-30, 2015
Atlanta, Georgia

in collaboration with

Agnes Scott College
Center for Civil and Human Rights

We invite researchers, policy thinkers and practitioners to explore what it means to use an intersectional gender lens, especially when working on issues related to precarity and sexual violence. The Summit will highlight projects and initiatives on these topics to facilitate increased collaboration between regional and national work. The Summit will also include a spotlight on the South.

Fee: $90 (discounts available)
Registration opens May 2015

Our annual summits provide an opportunity for the entire network to explore research related to an annual theme. Each one brings together a cross-institutional, cross sector dialogue to reveal how gender norms concretely shape, and limit us, as individuals, institutions and communities.
