This Fellowship will provide the opportunity for 24 nonprofit professionals to participate in a program designed to enhance their leadership and project development skills. The program will also help strengthen their ability to shine a “gender lens” on the work of their host nonprofit organizations, either through sharpening a current program or developing a new one.
