Conversation with Presidents from Mount Holyoke and Amherst College

On Friday, March 9 at 4pm in the New York Room of Mary Woolley Hall on the Mount Holyoke College campus in South Hadley, Massachusetts, the FCWSRC will present a conversation between Mount Holyoke College President Lynn Pasquerella and Amherst College President Biddy Martin about writing and the public sphere. It will be followed by a presentation of recent publications by Five College faculty in Gender Studies and FCWSRC Alumnae Associates. A reception follows at 6pm at the FCWSRC.

NCRW Announces 2012 Lifetime Achievement and Diversity Awards: MEDIA ALERT
(February 17, 2012) --The National Council for Research on Women is pleased to announce the recipients of its 2012 Member Center Awards:
* The Pembroke Center for Teaching and Research on Women at Brown University will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, and * The Center for Women’s Intercultural Leadership at St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN, will receive the Diversity and Inclusion Award.
